Terms of Service

Last updated July 20, 2026

MysteryDial (“we,” “us”) provides automated phone mystery-shopping: AI-powered test calls placed to business phone lines, with recordings, transcripts, scores, and coaching reports. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Authorization is required — and it’s yours to give truthfully

We only place test calls to phone lines you are authorized to have tested. During onboarding you sign an authorization representing that you own the business (or are empowered to act for it) and consent to test calls being placed to its lines and recorded. You must not submit numbers you lack authority over. If your authority over a line ends, you must deactivate it or tell us. We may refuse or stop testing any line at our discretion.

2. Recordings and reports

Test calls are recorded and transcribed under your authorization. Recordings, transcripts, scores, and reports are made available to your account and are for your internal business use (training, quality, operations). You are responsible for complying with any obligations you have to your own staff regarding call monitoring — for example, workplace notices that calls may be monitored or recorded.

3. The service is testing, not advice

Scores are produced by AI evaluation of call transcripts against our rubric. They are opinions to inform your judgment, not certifications, audits, or professional advice. AI callers and scoring can make mistakes.

4. Billing

Pricing is per line per month, billed as a subscription through Stripe. Adding a line increases your subscription quantity with prorated billing; volume pricing applies automatically at the published thresholds. You can cancel any time from Billing — testing stops at the end of the paid period, and your existing reports and recordings remain available. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use MysteryDial to harass anyone, to test lines without authority, to violate call-recording or telemarketing laws, or to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that put us, our carriers, or the people answering the phone at risk.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after notice is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Questions: support@mysterydial.com or in-app Support.
